ONLINE OVEN CLEANING
THE NEUTRAMEX ® PROCESS
In the oil refineries and petrochemicals sector, heavy fuel oil is often used to feed furnaces. Its combustion is incomplete and leads to the formation of corrosive deposits in the tubes, which reduce the quality of the heat exchange. It may therefore be necessary to clean the tube bundles in order to maintain the performance and good condition of the furnaces between two shutdowns. The Neutramex® process is a patented cleaning process that allows high energy efficiency to be restored without interrupting production. Our Neutranol shut-down cleaning process is an effective solution for restoring the energy efficiency of your boilers by neutralising the heat exchange surfaces, thereby extending their service life. Water side: Chemical treatment operations: descaling, oxidation, degreasing and passivation (pre-operational or maintenance treatment). Regardless of the procedure chosen, CTP Environnement can take charge of the complete management of the effluents.
COOLING TOWER CLEANING
Preventative and curative cleaning of cooling towers and the associated circuit are services with important implications:
- Health and environmental implications: control of Legionella risk, comprehensive management of by-products...
- Legal and image implications: brand liability and reputation in case of contamination.
- Technical implications: effectiveness of cleaning and associated work, safety on site...

Since 2000, CTP Environnement has been carrying out these operations for its clients, applying the recommendations of the Good Practice Guide, in accordance with the order of December 13, 2004:
- Regulatory pre-disinfection
- Complete emptying
- Mechanical and/or chemical cleaning
- Disinfection
Our interventions are carried out by properly trained personnel, equipped with the necessary means to prevent risks. We can also ensure the supply and installation of wear parts, such as filling (packing), drop separators, spray nozzles, among others.
AIR COOLER AND RADIATOR CLEANING
The Decamex® process is mainly applied to Air coolers and radiators.
Allows dry cleaning, during operation or when stopped, of external exchange surfaces (finned tubes) obstructed by deposits (oil residues, resins, various atmospheric debris, etc.).
Decamex® uses low-pressure compressed air directly on the fins, quickly cleaning metal surfaces without abrasive effects. One of its advantages is that it eliminates the need to protect nearby motors and equipment or to erect scaffolding.
The Decamex® process is used mainly in "critical" air coolers and radiators, allowing these installations to recover operating characteristics close to their nominal values.
